Inspection, repair and reserve parachute packing
Keep your equipment in perfect flying condition
Periodic inspection
Complete inspection according to the official ParachecK® standards of the FFVL to assess the actual condition of your equipment and fly safely.
Every 2 years
Inspection recommended every 2 years for a recent wing and annually for an older wing.
Detailed report
A complete report is provided with all control data and maintenance recommendations.
Checks performed during inspection
Each inspection includes a battery of tests and measurements to guarantee your safety
Fabric porosity measurements
5 measurements on the upper surface to check fabric ageing and air permeability.
Fabric resistance tests
Mechanical resistance check:
- 1 measurement on upper surface
- 1 measurement on lower surface
- 1 measurement on rib (profile)
Line resistance tests
Test on each line cascade. Tested lines are systematically replaced with new ones.
Line geometry measurements
The entire line set is measured from risers to the wing, including brakes, to verify the geometry.
Complete visual and tactile inspection
Thorough inspection of the wing, risers, maillons, pulleys, lines, attachment points and fabric.
Wing repair
Following an incident, repair and return to flying condition of your paraglider or paramotor wing.

Reserve parachute packing
Your reserve parachute is aired and ventilated, with systematic replacement of elastics and visual inspection to ensure optimal use. It is then repacked according to manufacturer standards to ensure your safety.
For single, tandem, with or without container
Every year
It is recommended to repack the reserve parachute once a year to prevent, among other things, elastics from deteriorating or becoming embedded in the lines, and panels from sticking together.
